Moresque Moroccan tile ‘'Zellige‘' workshops
At Moresque, we take great pride in our two specialized Moroccan tile workshops dedicated to crafting and cutting traditional Moroccan clay tile known as Zillij. Additionally, we have a state-of-the-art factory focused on creating authentic cement tiles and assembling mesmerizing Zillij patterns. Our spacious tile factory, spanning across 10,000 sq ft outside the vibrant city of Fez, ensures top-notch craftsmanship. The cutting and finishing workshop, covering 4000 sq ft, guarantees meticulous attention to detail. Assembling workshop and cement tile fabrication sites, occupying 12,000 sq ft, provides the perfect setting for creating intricate designs. With a team of skilled craftsmen, our Zillij workshops are well-equipped to handle large-scale projects. Monthly production capacity includes up to 2000 Sq ft of delicate hand-cut tiles, 6000 sq ft of medium complex patterns in 12’’ X 12’’ size, 20,000 sq ft of unglazed traditional terracotta tiles in 4’’ X 4’’size, and 5000 sq ft of exquisite cement tiles.
Moresque Plaster Gypsum workshops
Moresque has two specialized plaster workshops exclusively dedicated to the art of carved stucco plaster; Gypsum. These workshops span a total area of 1200 SQM and are staffed with highly skilled craftsmen and ornamental designers. Our production capacity is impressive, with the ability to create up to 150 SQM of meticulously hand-carved stucco plaster and an impressive 1000 SQM of expertly molded carved plaster each month. For large-scale projects that require an additional workforce, we can easily employ more artisans as most of the carved work is carried out on-site.
Moresque Wood workshop
At Moresque, we have a specialized wood workshop solely dedicated to the creation of exquisite carved wood articles, including custom-carved wood doors, intricately carved wood ceilings, stunning Moroccan wood arches, and the elegant lattice work known as Mashrabiya. Spanning across 6000 sq ft our workshop houses a team of highly skilled craftsmen and ornamental designers. With an impressive production capacity of up to 2000 sq ft per month, we ensure that each piece of carved and painted wood, whether it’s a door, ceiling, arch, dome, or furniture, is crafted with precision and attention to detail, adding a touch of timeless elegance to any space.
Moresque Brass workshop
At Moresque, we house a specialized bronze workshop committed to creating exquisite hand-carved Moroccan bronze doors, stunning perforated brass elements, and captivating bronze lanterns, sconces, and chandeliers. Our bronze workshop spans 3000 sq ft and is staffed by a team of highly skilled craftsmen and ornamental designers. The production capacity for this workshop varies based on the unique requirements of each project, including the size and style of each element. Whether you seek custom handcrafted brass doors or intricately designed bronze lamps, our artisans ensure meticulous attention to detail and deliver masterpieces that elevate the beauty of any space.
